Payment Policies

To help us provide an efficient and professional service, the following payment policy applies to all face-to-face tax return appointments.

Please note: We do not accept cash payments and we do not offer a Fee From Refund (FFR) service.

Payment is due on the Day

Payment for your tax return preparation is due in full on the day of your appointment, immediately upon the completion of your tax return interview.

We accept payment by:

• EFTPOS
• Visa and Mastercard

For online tax return clients, payment is due within 7 days of the tax invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Direct Deposit (Bank Transfer)
• Stripe
