 In this video, I demonstrate how to effectively use our client portal to communicate with us.

 You will learn how to access the portal, receive and respond to requests, share documents, and manage tasks seamlessly. 

No username or password is required, making it user-friendly.  

   Here at Canberra Tax Solutions, we are always mindful of the need for strong security over all data we hold, especially your data. 

With this in mind, we have invested in a Client Portal for the electronic delivery of your information between you and our office, such as supporting documents for us to prepare your tax return. You will also be able to upload documents and information to us with the click of a button or two.

 The best part is that our client portal uses a magic link technology -  it is 100% passwordless and secure, making it easy to use.

Documents cannot be uploaded to the portal until we have created your account.

An email notification will be sent to you each time we upload documents for your attention.
