Phone Appointment Procedure

To ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding process, please follow the steps below:


1. Client Information Collection

Before scheduling your appointment, we require the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number

This information allows us to set up your client file and send the required documentation.


2. Remote Identity Verification (Required) Check Issued

In accordance with regulatory and professional compliance obligations, all new clients must complete a remote identity verification check.

  • You will receive secure instructions via email to complete this process online.
  • Work cannot proceed until identity verification is completed.


3. Our Engagement Letter is Issued

Once your identity has been verified:

  • We will issue our Engagement Letter.
  • This authorises us to add you to our tax agent lodgement program and access your tax records.
  • This outlines the scope of services, responsibilities, and fees.
  • The document must be signed and returned before we proceed.


4. Tax Invoice & Payment Policy

Like most accounting firms, we do not commence work until our fees have been prepaid.

  • A tax invoice will be issued after our engagement letter has been signed.
  • Work will not commence until payment has been received in full.

This ensures transparency and allows us to allocate resources to your matter promptly.


5. Schedule Your Appointment

Once the above steps are completed,  we will email you with a link to schedule your phone consultation.
