LodgeiT

Canberra Tax Solutions uses LodgeiT, a dedicated tax agent-only software for all tax lodgements. LodgeiT stores all user data securely in the Amazon Cloud in Australia, leveraging Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure to ensure data security and compliance with global Information Security Management Systems. LodgeiT holds an ISO 27001 Certification, an internationally recognised information security management standard that specifies leading practices and comprehensive security controls. LodgeiT is subject to Australian privacy law.

Microsoft Office 365 / OneDrive

Canberra Tax Solutions uses Microsoft Office 365 for email communication and OneDrive for storage of client files. Office 365 is a cloud-based service from Microsoft that ensures secure and reliable email delivery. Microsoft Office email data is hosted within Australia. Microsoft Office 365 adheres to the following standards: ISO 27001, ISO 27018, SSAE 18 SOC 1 and SOC 2, HIPAA, and EU Model Clauses (EUMC).

Google Meet

Canberra Tax Solutions uses Google Meet for internal staff and client communications. From time to time, client data may be transmitted between employees of Canberra Tax Solutions utilising this system. Google stores and processes data within its global network of data centres. Depending on the Google Workspace configuration, data may be stored in Australia or other jurisdictions where Google operates data centres. Google Meet data is hosted within Australia. Google Meet adheres to the following standards such as HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2, and ISO 27001.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) 

QuickBooks Online production equipment is housed in both Intuit-operated and Amazon Web Services (AWS) data centres with 24/7 physical security, full-time security guards, video surveillance, and alarms to prevent high-tech breaches. QuickBooks Online uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect its online data. Intuit, the owner of QuickBooks, is a global company and may access or store personal information in multiple countries, including countries outside of Australia, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Xero 

Xero uses Amazon Web Services (AWS) to host data for its online and mobile services with servers located in the US. AWS is a top-tier, third-party hosting provider. Xero holds an ISO 27001 Certification, an internationally recognised information security management standard that specifies leading practices and comprehensive security controls. Xero is subject to Australian privacy law.
