Strict Limitation on Scope of Services (AML/CTF)

Permitted Services

Our engagement is strictly limited to standard income tax compliance, Business Activity Statement (BAS) preparation services, and administrative data entry. We provide these services exclusively on a non-transactional, historical reporting basis. 

Excluded Services

To ensure compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth), we explicitly do not provide any of the following services:

• Financial management of fund control: We do not hold, manage, or control client funds.

• Advice regarding the creation, restructuring, or termination of structures such as companies or trusts: We do not establish, structure, or register new entities, companies, or discretionary/family/unit trusts.

• Debt financing or assistance or managing/controlling legal arrangements/money: We do not draft or implement commercial loan documents or facility agreements for entities (including Division 7A loan agreements), structure corporate lines of credit, or provide advice on how to structure debt to fund a company buyout or major asset acquisition. 

• Registered office services: We do not act as the registered office or principal place of business for any corporate entities or legal arrangements.

• Transactional intermediation: We do not assist, advise, plan, or execute transactions involving the purchase, sale, or transfer of real property, business assets, shares, or corporate bodies.
