Permitted Services

Our engagement is strictly limited to standard tax compliance, Business Activity Statement (BAS) preparation services and administrative data entry. Excluded Services

To ensure compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth), we explicitly do not provide any of the following services:

• Financial management of fund control: We do not hold, manage, or control client funds.

• Advice regarding the creation, restructuring, or termination of structures such as companies or trusts: We do not establish, structure, or register new entities, companies, or discretionary/family/unit trusts.

• Registered office services: We do not act as the registered office or principal place of business for any corporate entities or legal arrangements.

• Transactional intermediation: We do not assist, advise, plan, or execute transactions involving the purchase, sale, or transfer of real property, business assets, shares, or corporate bodies.
