New Client Details Form

You can phone or email me if you are a new client and wish to engage Canberra Tax Solutions. 

All I need to get started is your name, email address, and phone number. 

Please do not email your personal information, such as tax file numbers, date of birth and bank account details. These are collected electronically using Annature's secure Client identity verification.

If you have extra documents to upload or are having trouble uploading, please email stephen@canberrataxsolutions.com.au once you have completed and submitted this form. 

I will also contact you to ask you to sign an engagement letter that formally allows Canberra Tax Solutions to represent you as a client with the ATO.
