Once we have all the information we need, the turnaround time for tax returns is usually 3 to 5 business days.
Stephen will carefully prepare your income tax return to ensure that no deductions or offsets are missed and your refund is maximised.
Your completed income tax return is emailed for review and digital signature using Dropbox Sign.
We will also send a tax invoice for our services.
Once you are 100% happy, we ask that you pay the tax invoice so that your tax return can be lodged with the ATO.
Our fees can be securely paid online using Stripe.
Once your tax return is processed, any refund is usually issued within 7-14 business days.

In compliance with the Tax Practitioners Board (TPB) and best practices, Canberra Tax Solutions now requires all new clients or new client representatives to verify their identities before providing our services. Robust client verification helps to reduce the risk to tax practitioners and clients alike of identity theft and fraudulent activity. A one-off fee of $12.00 (including GST) applies to all digital client identity verifications.
Like many Australian accounting practices, Canberra Tax Solutions uses Annature, an ISO 27001 certified, encrypted, secure company based in Australia, for our digital client identity verifications.
Annature recommends completing your identity verification request using your smartphone to access the email link.
Annature's identity verification process requires you to take photos of yourself and your ID (an Australian or New Zealand driver's licence or passport).
Annature also allows me to securely collect your tax file number, date of birth, address and bank account details during an identity verification request.
